By using the Acquire app you agree to these terms.
The service
Acquire is a language practice app. Conversations are generated by an AI model and may contain mistakes. Acquire is not a substitute for a teacher, an exam or professional advice, and we make no promise about the level you will reach.
Talk and purchases
Talk is hosted by default. After you agree in the app, conversations use Acquire's OpenAI key. Hour packs of Talk time are sold as Apple In-App Purchases. If you paste your own OpenAI project key in Settings, then Advanced, you are responsible for that key and for the charges OpenAI bills you. An account is optional and off unless you turn one on later. If you do, keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think it has been misused.
Acceptable use
Do not use Acquire to generate abusive or unlawful content, to attack the service, or to reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows.
Beta software
During testing the app may change, break or lose data. The service is provided as is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, Acquire For Life is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.
